baked in 10”x14” authentic seasoned blue steel pans, after a lengthy dough fermentation creates a crust that has a crisp buttery bottom and a thick, light and airy middle, the mozzarella and brick cheese is piled high on the sides to create that fried cheese edge, then sauced down the middle after it comes out of the oven.

THE BUTTERNUT BLINK - The November Pizza of the Month
The Butternut Blink starts with, you guessed it, a creamy butternut bisque base, followed by mozzarella cheese dusted with sage and rosemary, then topped with dried cranberries, garlic, walnuts, red pepper flakes, and mini-marshmallows that literally roast on top. Out of the oven, we add goat cheese crumbles, arugula and our lemon vinaigrette for the perfectly balanced tang. We’re so excited about this fall flavored combo, you “butternut” blink!
